Did you find the perfect look or accessory on our website? Then, of course, you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

To work as sustainably as possible and to offer fair prices for our products, we have chosen to package goods in specific quantities. Once we reach our minimum quantity, all orders are shipped at once by our supplier. We hope you understand this approach and help us create a better and healthier world!

Delivery

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:

If the last order date is before 13:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Amsterdam), it will be processed the same day:

  • Processing time: 1-2 days (Mon-Sat)
  • Delivery time: 2-6 days (Mon-Sat)

Once you've placed an order with us, you can easily see when your package is expected to be delivered after processing. You will receive a personal track & trace code by email, allowing you to follow your order through our Track & Trace app. Click on our Track & Trace app to track your package.

Always Free Delivery

We cover the shipping costs. All orders are shipped FREE of charge to your address. There is no minimum order amount.

Lost Package?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before applying our refund and return policy.

Delivery via Non-Home Delivery or Post Office

When a package is delivered to your door or left at a post office, Athomly has covered the delivery costs. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier, and we are entitled to deduct 25 EUR from the amount.

Why isn’t the tracking of my order working?

In some cases, the shipping company may take 1-2 business days to update the package's location. In these cases, we ask for your understanding and patience.
