Delivery Time

Our packages have an average delivery time of:

We collect packages in large quantities and ship them together to contribute to a more environmentally friendly shipping process.

Return Policy

You may return an order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. We will refund the order amount within 14 days after receiving the product in good condition.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept or reject an order at our discretion. If an order is canceled after placement, a fee of 15 GBP will be charged. Orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
